What I Bring To You

Put together and manage a creative team

Being able to spot true talent is a talent. Putting a creative team together where their personalities and skills can work together to enhance the project is a gift. In most of my positions, I have managed both in-house and freelance staff on my creative teams. Directing a creative team into a single artistic vision can be challenging. I excel at being able to allow other artists their creative freedom, while still keeping on task to produce a high volume of quality work on time and while maintaining branding standards.

Manage creative projects and all the components

From initial concept design, developing a time-line, budgeting, creative production, through final execution of the project, there are a lot of steps involved and I can juggle them while maintaining quality and composure. Also, following up with the outcomes of the project and analyzing the success is a critical part of the process.

Balance the creative with the business

I am able to balance that fine line between the creative process and the realities of managing projects. Managing a creative staff and keeping them motivated while keeping on point with the company business objectives and producing it all within budget and on time is a daily challenge which I welcome. I can also work with everyone from the warehouse to the president.

Brand management experience

During my time at Eastern Music Festival, we underwent a total rebranding of the student and concert logos and look. I took that experience to RSVP Communications where I handled the branding of all collateral materials and signage for the Novartis and Zeneca merger into Syngenta. I also guided American Leather to a new image, appealing to their high-end retail clients - much warmer and more engaging, without losing their identity. It was met with overwhelming success!
